Honda Harmony 2013 ride-on mower won't start

Hi All,

I am having a problem starting my Honda Harmony 2013 ride-on mower. Nothing happens when I turn the ignition. It may be an electrical problem. Is there an easy way to access the spark plug so that I can clean it?
I have had it for over 6 yrs. It was serviced last year and I just changed the battery.
Other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to seek out the fuses if it isn't cranking over. Be sure the deck is disengaged- must be a safety switch tucked in by the lever to check too. Same w/ a clutch switch as well.
