Is this an old 110 or something newer like an L series?

MAybe we should have model and type off the engine. Looks like it came w/ Kohler? Have you verified spark after it had stalled? Tried a new spark plug perchance?

I goofed it's not a 110 it is a 111. It does have a Briggs & Stratton motor. I did not verify a spark. I tried to start it, when it quit, but it just cranked and did not start. It has been raining so I will run it when rain stops and try a new spark plug when it quits. Where would the model number be?? I have a product ID# M00111H287521. Thanks for your time.

Keep the old plug in your pocket and should it stall again, clip it in the terminal you just unsnapped from the new plug, ground the base and crank it over to see if you have spark. Engine model #s are stamped in the shroud if it is original.

The model number for my 111 is 253707. I got the model number from the manual. Thank you for your time and help.

I ran the tractor today and it sputtered for a split second and then ran good. After I got done mowing I let it sit for about an hour and then mowed again with no problems. I did feel some hot heat coming from the engine at times, but it didn't die out. I didn't change the spark plug. Will try again next week.

I have a L108A that has become increasingly slower so after doing some reading I found I could change fluid in transmission. I took the tranny out with pretty much no problem. But the filler plug is severely melted and stuck terrible to tranny. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the old one so I can install new one.
