Did you use a spark tester?
What I'm getting at, is are you sure it's an ignition problem and not a "mechanical" problem with the right cylinder?

The only think i can think of electical would be a bad ground for the right coil.

Posting the engine model & type numbers may be useful for those that might be aware of any "quirks" with this engine.

Spark plugs swapped out?

Thought I posted this yesterday, didn't show up. Remove the right valve cover and see what is going on in there. IF everything is OK, doubt it, disconnect the kill wires from the base of both ignition coils and try it.
