| I decided to sharpen my blades and clean my deck a couple of days ago. While giving it a lube I noticed the power steering line on the front of the tractor was worn.I originaly put a shield on it to stop the frame rubbing on it. That worked but it was rubbing on the steering arm below the shield. Deere said it was warrantied , but one week out for repairs. I said give me the part Ill do the rest, the new hose had a guard on it from the factory and also routed it differently. If you own one check to make sure it does not rub. My mower had 73 hrs on it the thing could have burst at anytime worn to the cords. |
