Wheel Horse 211-4

I just bought a Wheel Horse 211-4 w/ B&S engine, model 28V707, Type 1113-E1. I would like to obtain a manual with wiring diagrams etc. What inline fuse is needed, why my electric clutch doesn't engage when switched on, oil type needed etc. If anyone has any help with these things, PLEASE HELP!

You can go to the Briggs website and download an IPL & OM for the engine.
