When were the Ropers made? I haven't seen hardly any around W. PA. The style looks like maybe 20 years ago, or so. Tractors made now have mostly all been designed by mechanical artists. Not that they run any better---just look much better. This so the buyer can make the neighbor's older model look--well--old! And maybe entice the neighbor to buy a new one, so he can "keep up"! Also-thats probably why they change the basic color every 8-10 years, or so. If only they'd put the money into a much better tranny system!
