STX38 Hydro (black) - blades stopped working

Hello. Does anyone have an owner's manual, tech manual, parts manual, etc. for my STX38 Hydro (black) John Deere lawn tractor?

It seems like the PTO doesn't work. It was cutting fine, and then the blades stopped spinning. I thought it was a belt, but the belt seems to be intact. I'm going to replace the belt anyway, but I'd like to troubleshoot it better than that. Any thoughts?

Have you checked to see if you are getting 12V at the electric clutch when there should be 12V there?
