Rear tractor tires

I've recently repaired a rear tractor tire that had water in it. Is it better to refill that tire or remove the water from the other one? Will water damage the tire? Should I add something to the water? How much water, and how to I make sure the tires are filled equally?

Damage the tire... not so much but it will rust the hell out of the steel wheel.

If you want to add liquid to increase traction use WINTER RATED (down to 0 degrees or lower) windshield washer fluid or RV anti-freeze. There is specialized liquid called Rimguard that works great but is expensive.

You can Google adding tire ballast garden tractors for instructions.
