You can usually find Troy Bilt manuals on ebay in PDF format for around $10. That old Tecumseh HH60 is one of the best that Tecumseh ever made.

With the tilting of the motor, be sure to always check and fill the oil before every use.

Also---if ya get it working, always be careful that it doesn't tip forward suddenly, because, if it doesn't have the wrap-around "bumper/guard" under the front of it--it can and will break the engine block, and you'll be dead in the dirt!
