Do you have your copy of the owner's manual?
I'm guessing that one of the "gear type" rear adjusters on the deck has gotten loose or even fallen off, allowing that corner of the rear of the deck to be lower than the opposite side.
If you do not have the owner's manual you should go to the MTD websight and get a free owner's manual download.
The manual covers all the details of how to do the adjustments.
Another thing to make certain of (before you start monkeying with adjusters) is that all 4 tires are inflated to the proper pressures.

I had a MTD that always cut grass lower than I wanted. It cut level but there was no adjustments to make it cut higher other than the adjustments on the handle on the fender. I took the adjuster loose from the fender and found I could re-drill the holes on the fender and move the whole adjustment back about i/2 and inch and that allowed me to cut grass a bit higher. It worked fine and never gave me any trouble.

My mower is the same exact model, it also mows very very low on the highest setting, been that way since bought it new.

Now it is going thru mower belts very very quickly, it does have at least 1 of the pulleys that is bent alittle bit. Can I remove the pulley and turn it over, OR do I need to replace the pulley. I replaced the belt less than 2 months ago. We mow about 1-2 acres max.

prolly best to repair/replace the bent pulley to avoid repetitive belt failures righton..

Spindle pulley bent? The thing to know is many of these the spindle pulley is serviced with the spindle assy. However, there is usually a valid part # stamped on the pulley which is available that isn't in the ipl. The question is if one can get the old pulley off...
