I have a Tecumseh carb, (part #640052), off of an 8.5hp snow blower. The diagram I have shows a nozzle, part# 640005. Does anyone know how to remove this nozzle?
rusty, This carb is off of a friend of mines snow blower. It sat for a few years with gas in the tank & carb so you know what happened. I opened the carb to clean it and could not figure out how to get the nozzle out so I did not remove it. I cleaned it with 2+2 and replaced the carb. It would start but would not run worth a damn so I thought maybe the nozzle would need to come out to clean it. The tank & fuel line has been cleaned. It appears the nozzle is plastic and is held in place by some o'rings Any ideas??????
