My Kohler CV740-0024 is leaking oil from dipstick tube base with Crankcase. There is some oil spray on the intake air filter through the air breather hose too. I adjusted the dipstick tube so it's tighter than before, but the oil is still leaking out there.

I did a simple crank case pressure test: while the engine is running at 3000rpm, I opened the dip stick cap and put a ballon on it. There seems to be nagative pressure/vacuum in the crank case, but it's pulsing like crazy and oil is spraying out the tube too.

Any idea what's wrong with this engine? It's built in 2003 but has only 23 hours on it.
