My Husqvarna YTH2348 just quit moving the other day while mowing, I felt a small bump in the pedal and just a little later it stopped, won't move forward or back, no unusual noises. Searched and seems this is not all that unusual for this trans.? It's only 3 years old but I do mow some pretty rough ground with it and over our mound system.

Any ideas on the slight bump I felt in the foot pedal? Think it's just a linkage thing and maybe not the trans itself?

yeah, would chk the ground drive (belt, driven pulley, idlers) and the control linkage first. May hafta pull the deck out in order to get a good look underneath. Take caution with moving parts - great place to lose a finger or two.
