Need clutch expert

International B275
I posted this before but without inspection, made a little video after taking off inspection cover, hopefully you can see what might be wrong with it.
It ran good one fall, [only use it ones a year to plow the veggie garden] now clutch doesn't want to disengage when pressing pedal.

Here is a link that might be useful: video

Crank run tractor a long time 3 hours this heat flywheel from engine heat expand brake bond from disc fiber. After turn a lose hold down clutch left run 15 minutes brake away from pressure plate. If brake from pressure plate first just drive around with pedal down until brakes free tractor stop. Moisture stick clutch plate over time, some new tractors hard crank in low gear safety switches use caution.

    Thank you Gator!
If I understand you correctly,..run tractor for at least 3 hours, then fasten the clutch petal down, drive around and see what happens, sound like a plan, ..perhaps driving into something letting the engine work hard or stall,...I did this with engine not running 3 hours, but didn't free up.

I drive with clutch down most only takes 10 minutes driving I press brake on one side that make pull harder on disc. I've never fail braking one a loose. have had press both brake pedals on few. I guess could ring center out clutch disc, but start off one wheel before two wheel brakes should help not ring center out.

    Thank you!
my brakes are not all that good anymore,..perhaps I need to look into to this first, adjustment first.
What do you mean by ring out center disc?

Yes adjust brake help to shock drive train as drive tractor pedal down repeated hitting brakes shock disc until brakes free high speed gear helps. You move tractor to hill side shut down select higher gear re crank tractor helps in higher gear shock stronger to disc. What do you mean by ring out center disc? Female spline piece in flex plate.

    Gator, YOU'RE the MAN!
Your advise was a 100 % successful! YOU made my day!
I ran that thing full blast, jacked it up on one side so one wheel was free rotating,..I wanted to see first if I don't need to drive around.
At about 2 hours into, set on tractor and tried by braking that wheel..didn't do anything. At 3 hours into the run, engine toasty warm, went up again, me not even trying hard, clutch came off right away!

I'm so happy that I could plow the garden this year and not splitting tractor!
Can I prevent this from happening again?
Guessing,.. tying the clutch pedal down is not a good idea, spring on clutch could get weak?
I should just run it at least a couple of times a year.

See...I can finally pull these poplar roots out again!

In my area Clutches stick in August more often any other time. Yes you block clutch pedal down, some tractor came with block wood in tool box, painted same color as tractor. The clutch springs I should say pressure plate spring are under compression all time any way heat from over slip clutch what destroy springs. I would block clutch on cold tractor, not after any hard work.
