JD 145 elect problems

I have a JD 145 which I purchased early spring and used the mower all summer without a problem. I since installed the snow blower attachment and the motor stops each time I activate the electric clutch. I even pulled belt off clutch pulley and same results. I checked both safety switches (under seat and the one left of battery under dash). They both seem to be seated properly. How can I continue the circuit under the seat to see if it is the problem? I believe it has 6 wires going into it...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.....Thanx ...Mike.

An LA145? I could be wrong, but I think the seat switch choices for an L is either a 2 pole or a 4 pole. Try engaging the PTO switch as you are moving forward and see if it works then. Or with the RIO engaged. I'm wondering if the micro switch that senses the directional position got wacked or a wire pulled off. Get back to us on the wire # at the seat switch if you need more info.

Thanx 4 the input....found the problem....pinched white wire
when attaching rear bracket...it even gives warning in the installment instructions to be careful when tightening up bolts.(soldered up the wire and everything is working just fine.)
But thanx again.....Mike.
