motor quit while mowing.cranked and ran appx 15 feet the next day. hasn't run since. It will crank but not turn over(Run). gets gas through vaccum pump. can't tell if it gets in the carb.magneta(both fire spark plugs). one mag is alittle chared on side next to valves. one push rod was out & not bent. put it back in & adjusted valves to .004. & magneta to .013. it cranks but will not turn over(run). put in new plugs, fresh gas day before yesterday. will crank but no turn over ( motor will not run). recharged battery. tried to start it yesterday. it would crank but not start. after about a dozen tries it locked up.The starter was locked on flywheel. spun starter gear down fron flywheel and now can't turn flywheel with hand.I can do a complete teardown of 3-4 hp briggs. but I dont't know about a twin ohv intek.
