John Deere 345 elec. problem

After a fire on my JD 345 I had to replace all the wiring, and circuit board. Now I have a problem with the wire that goes to the starter solenoid. It is hot anytime the start switch is on. The wire is also hot when start is selected on the switch, as it should be. The problem is the starter is energized even after the engine is running. I am also getting a buzzing noise from the circuit board when the key is turned on.\
I tried another circuit board and start switch, voltage regular and checked all my grounds.
