Transplanting a LARGE Japanese Maple

Hello, i planted this tree about 15 years ago the tree has thrived and needs to be moved to a dufferent place at my home. The tree is big and my house, steps and sidewalk seem to be in the way. I operate a backhoe for a living and have dug up ,amy trees over the years. Is there any chance it would live if i moved it? I realize i would need a large rootball but not sure how i would keep it together to mave the tree from point A to B ? Please help
