Is this a Honey Locust (Gleditsia triacanthos) tree, or what?

Hmm, I think it is Honeylocust. Maybe the perspective makes the leaves look a bit large. But it isn't black locust as the leaves are doubly compound.

Not a Gleditsia...
1. Pods are way too small.
2. Leaflets are too large.
3. Gleditsia does not have prominent winter buds.

Not sure what it is but it's definitely in Fabaceae

It's a Goldenball Lead Tree. Leucaena retusa.
