The problem is that Swamp White does not have bristle tips...

If the backs of the leaves are covered in a slight fuzzy pubescence, it MIGHT be Q. Velutina. If it wasn't for those tiny bristles I would agree with Wisconsitom. The leaves look kinda thickened like Q. Velutina also. I have 2 of them in my yard, and they DON"T have fall color that is great, but it does get some fall color, although inferior. I am taking my best guess, though. Poaky1

Bot, it looks like a white family oak in that fall color pic, those bristle tips are hard to see there. My Velutina's didn't get that nice of color. I guess it could be a hybrid between Q. Velutina and Scarlet or red oak. I dunno. I would wait til the tree is a bit older and see what the leaves look like. Lots of oaks like Pin, Nuttall's, Shumard and a couple others have deep leaf sinus's, this one doesn't, so Rubra and Velutina, MAYBE Scarlet oak, have the wide leaves with not too deep sinus's. But your fall pic looks like the bristles are not there. Maybe if this tree is leafless, the buds location and the color of them etc can help with an ID? I have a feild guide with pics, I could try looking at the buds to see if I can find what you have. Poaky1

It looks like the typical immature leaves of a Black Oak (Quercus velutina ), and I feel pretty confident in that.

If it's not that then it could be Quercus x hawkinsiae (Quercus velutina x Quercus rubra)

Looks like a mutt maybe, but could be Q. acerifolia although unlikely. Could become more clear over time.
