Can anyone tell me what type of tree this is?

looks like a pine that was severely storm damaged..

but it is really hard to focus on the needles/leaves with that pic ... can you get closer??? .. pic of leaves and trunk ...

shall we presume it is in NJ ... or is that bermuda????

I can't tell you the species but the genus sure looks like Cedrus

I would guess Deodar Cedar.

Definitely a Cedrus of some time...

Yes, Cedrus, species undetermined but definitely variety 'Topless'!
