| They planted 2 of these in front of our house. I am afraid that it will grow too fast and will block our house/view. Should I ask for them to be moved or are they a slow growing tree?

| they are not terribly fast growers in my experience---about a foot. to a foot and a half in a cool summer area with no summer water. in a hot summer area with irrigation they will be faster---2'/year or more. they can become about 30' tall or more with an equal spread if left to grow naturally. they do accept pruning very well and can be kept at a much lower height and spread if you are willing to do the work. |
