Which Ginkgo?

I really like the Ginkgo tree, and am considering adding one to my yard.

I think a width of 20-25 feet would be ideal. More than 30 feet wide would take up too much space, and 15 feet feels too narrow. Which cultivar fits the bill? Good fall color is a plus. I understand they are slow and look like sticks when young.

Does Princeton Sentry fit the bill or can it really be as narrow as 15 feet wide? Is the width very variable within this cultivar?
How long does it take for Princeton Sentry to mature?
Which picture best represents its mature shape? I like the look of #3 best.
