I live on the upper Texas coast near the Louisiana border. Saw this beautiful tree in a yard ane it was so beautiful with the white blooms and the ground looked like it was covered with snow. Would like to know the name of this tree. Thanks

Catalpa. Can't tell which species -- the furrowed bark seems to suggest northern catalpa as opposed to southern. Surprised it's blooming this early, but you are near the Gulf coast. Nice form too.

Might be C. x erubescens.
