Dogwood with red leaf edges

Can you all look at my flowering dogwood. Seems like the 3rd year in a row I have these discolored leaves. Note we got spring early here in Indy and these leaves are about 3 weeks old. I noticed the red coloration as soon as they were leafing out. Is this a fungus? We had one light frost last week.
the tree is next to my home in a east/southern exposure. One thing I noticed is that most of the coloration is on the sunny/light side.
any ideas or just leave it alone.

Great I'm relived to hear that. It probably happened last year too. I'll be on the lookout for any other changes

okay I don't think this is all from cold. Now 1/3 of the tree is red edged and crinkling up. My general impression of the health of the leaves is they feel very soft and wilty-like. We have had plenty of rain. I have fertilized lightly this spring. I could treat for a fungus but don't know which one

It might be anthacrose? I recently got one and they kinda put to much mulch, mines looks like early fall foilage try getting a new one it seems to be serious now

I'm with Ken. It looks like freezing cold and not Anthracnose.
