Recommend Privacy Tree in backyard corner

Hi,
The picture is of a tree that currently exists. I'd like to replace with one that provides more privacy (the neighbor's window looks into our yard) and maybe some color. The spot gets partial sun but mostly shade. As you see it can't be a tree that will spread a lot.
