Cross Cornus Florida "Cherokee Princess" off your list. That one has issues with both anthracnose and powdery mildew.

From what I hear Appalachian Spring has the best resistance to anthracnose.

I'd roll with Cornus "Kay's Appalachian Mist" because it does have great resistant to PM and is a bit less common. Plus I like the dogwoods with the white flowers. The pink seems faded and dirty to me.

Went with a Cherokee Brave a few years ago and it's been a positive experience.

Finally bought a tree!!! So excited (and worried).

I was completely torn b/w dogwood and eastern redbud and bought Cornus Florida "Cherokee Brave"!

My neighbor's tree which would be right next to this tree has white flowers so I went for pink ones. :-)
