Pls Recommend Small Tree

Need small tree with max height of 15 feet & max width 6-7 feet. Should have open habit (for security, so that one can see thru foliage), be both heat & drought tolerant & not messy. Love lots of movement & silver bark, but not essential.
Would so appreciate any recommendations.

Maybe a Callistemon.

Texas Redbud has typical redbud flowers and dark green glossy leaves. There is a native California Redbud that may be a good choice also. Redbud tend to have open habit and small size.
Mexican Plum might be another choice but the bark is usually dark, not light at all. Fruit is usually not a problem.
Crepe Myrtle is another suggestion. Very open habit.
Texas Persimmon is similar to Crepe Myrtle in looks but less flowers and has fruit. Very drought resistant.
