My Crepe Myrtle (planted about two years ago.), has gotten some frost damage. Do I have to cut this damage away, or should I leave it?

RE: CrApe Myrtle

Don't prune your crApe myrtle until you have determined what is really dead and what isn't. Areas that appear damaged my re-sprout later in the season. There is no benefit to pruning quickly, but there may be significant disadvantages to doing so. Once you are sure what is dead, you can remove that portion at your convenience.

Thank you Brandon, I'll leave it be and hope for the best! I appreciate the help!

Yeah it's too early in the season for the wood to have hardened off, so it'll blacken and fall off. No need to prune.
