Fast growing and stays under 20 feet tall might be a stretch.

Emerald Green Arborvitae are a common choice for a screen like that. If you opt for any of the many forms of arborvitae, read up on bag worms, because they can quickly decimate some of them.

There are yellow blazed alternatives like Yellow Ribbon Arborvitae.

I don't know just how well they'd do for you, but I like Boulevard False Cypress.

Some hollies might work; hollies tend to come in male or female plants, so if you want the red berries, be mindful of that, and the need to have a nearby compatible male holly.

While you may be looking for a uniform look, a mixed species row may be less vulnerable to having a pest or pathogen show up and wipe them all out while you're off on vacation for a week or two.
