Small magnolia recommendation for SE WI

I'm checking out ideas for a small tree for our front yard. I have one tree in mind but not sure I will find it so thinking a small magnolia tree would be another option. Criteria are hardy to survive our variable spring, white or pink flowers and max full grown size of 15x20 although 10x15 would be ideal.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

'Jane' is very small and hardy. Blooms later than most magnolias so if there is a late frost it won't be bothered by it. I got mine at Lowes a few years ago.
