Magnolia

I have an area I would like to plant a magnolia tree. The only problem is that power lines are about 15 feet above. Does anyone have a suggestion as to a type of Magnolia that would get close to 15 feet tall and would grow well in Northern Virginia? The area gets a good amount of sun the vast majority of the day.
