This is a relatively recent change in the propagation of the species, and it's across the species, not cultivar specific. but it's a fairly widespread practice despite being new. For the rest of eternity, someone somewhere will bud it, but pretty much, it's rooted or tc.

My mistake, you are correct it is rooted not grown from seed.

Any experience with those two cultivars having issues being grafted?
