Is this a Ginkgo Biloba?

I hope this is the proper forum for this, but I am trying to identify the tree in the attached photos. I am looking for an 'Autumn Gold' and had originally intended to post to make sure this tree was in fact Autumn Gold and not 'Princeton Sentry' (or worse, a female tree). Now that I look at the closeup of the leaves, I'm not sure this is even a Ginkgo Biloba. So, 1) is there any way to tell if this is an 'Autumn Gold' or not from the pics? and 2) If it isn't a Ginkgo, any idea what it is?

And I just realized I can't figure out how to attach the pics! Sorry to be so NOOBY.

Thanks!

Ginkgo leaves have dichotomous venation, each vein divides into two near the leaf margin.

All veins originate at the point where the leaf is attached to the petiole. Pretty distinctive in identifying them, in addition to their fan-shaped leaf.
