This tree is down the street a bit on the riverbank here in central NC. Any idea what it is?

I believe its a sugarberry. I have a few on my property here in NC. Hackberry and sugarberry look alike, I believe sugarberry is more native to central NC than hackberry.

Thanks, that makes sense. Next time we are down there I am going to look to see if there is any mistletoe in it.
