It looks like a soursop, a southeast asian fruit. It has white meaty flesh with large black seeds. When it is ripe, the skin is peelable and you eat the white flesh and dispose of seeds. Or you can sell them to southeast asian grocery stores for maybe $2/lb or more. Wish i can grow a tree like that.

Well i thought it was a cherimoya. i looked at the images of a soursop. The soursops have little points on them and this fruit i have is smooth..its the only fruit on the tree at the moment although i see other little small ones i think developing..thanks for all the help-
