What kind of tree is this??? (help)

ok so this tree has to be about 10 years old now. not sure on exactly how tall deffinatly over 20 ft. It blooms at night and the flowers actually smell decent. Anyways my little brother planted it after our uncle died because it was in one of the baskets of plants that people give at funerals.... our aunt let my brother have this basket and he planted it in our backyard. now its huge and we are trying to figure out what it is. thank you. i will post pictures. 2 of the stems and 2 night shots of the flowers in tree. thanks

Put the photo on a photohosting site like Photobucket. Copy the html code from the photo there into the body of your post here. When you hit preview, it should show up.
