Help with Monterey Cypress

Help please, I have a 2 year old Monterey Cypress that was doing great, green and healthy until I was forced to move and replant it. It got replantwd right away and I used suggested methods to avoid shock. However now the tree is turning light green, yellow and brown. Small branches and parts are just shedding off. He was listing to one side but was turned and is now upright again. Suggestions more than welcome.

It's in a pot still yes? if it isn't already... move it to mostly shade or full dappled light (under a large deciduous tree) or even up against the north side of a structure. just keep it away from full sunlight as best as you are able.

keep the soil moist through the summer. it's expected when you move something this time of the year to see symptoms you describe.

water will now be the most important aspect. and if it's in full sun & planted, keep on watering! And mulch....
