Araucaria in Northern Florida

We are visiting family in Ponte Vedra for a few days and in doing the usual sight seeing, we've noticed an Araucaria of some kind used commonly in the landscape. It's even tucked into little pocket gardens in St. Augustine.

It sure doesn't look like Norfolk Island Pine to me (at all), but everybody else believes otherwise.
Any ideas what it might be? Doesn't have the appearance of Araucaria araucana, either.
