Yoshino Cherry tree drying up

Within the last three days our Yashino cherry tree is exhibiting discoloration and drying leaves over 99%of tree. Tree is 2 yrs old 14ft tall surrounded by pine straw. Tree was sprayed in spring for white tee lice and aphid's and green caterpillar's that hung from branches. Any suggestions? .
