Can i plant fruit trees next to this big oak tree in backyard?

I have a big oak tree in my back yard and i would like to plant some fruit trees back there as well.
I would like to plant 3 friut trees to the left of the oak tree about 15 feet apart.
will this be ok?
Could it stress out the oak tree?
Please advise.
