Help with my Weeping Willow...

I have a Weeping Willow that we planted about 15 years ago. I live in Northern Maryland. The tree has grown tremendously over the years, is located at the edge of my lawn area up against our forest buffer. The tree is not far from a stream and the ground has always provided plenty of moisture, which the willow has seemed to enjoy.

In more recent years, I've noticed that some branches have not grown leaves, and that some branches break off easily when touched. Some branches appear to be doing OK. This willow has always been lush, but in the past few years it's gotten to look thinned-out and sickly - especially this year. That's why I am here asking for help.

In reading other threads on this topic, I've noticed that you folks routinely ask for pictures, so I provided a few here. I will take more pictures if needed to diagnose the problem.

I'd like to know if I can help this tree get healthy again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
