| Some type of elm (Ulmus spp.) - maybe someone can zero in on the species by the bark. Is that elm yellows disease in the bottom pic? hortster |

| The bark is green, just like the fat oak seedling behind. I do not think there is any disease in the 3rd photo. This tree is just weedy and comes up at almost everywhere. |
