This is a very weedy tree. It is the one in front of the oak tree seedling.

Some type of elm (Ulmus spp.) - maybe someone can zero in on the species by the bark. Is that elm yellows disease in the bottom pic?

The bark is green, just like the fat oak seedling behind.

I do not think there is any disease in the 3rd photo. This tree is just weedy and comes up at almost everywhere.
