The way the new leaves are emerging combined with the previous morphology you mentioned in the OP and the white coloration on the young trunk/stem is a dead ringer for ash...

if kuna is in EAB territory.. may as well get rid of it ...

if you want to save it.. move it when leafless ... tell us where you are ... and we can give you a best time to do it..

do NOT move it now ... but you do have to get it away from the building ...

I'm in ENE NJ I think EAB territory is a little bit more west. When this first started growing It looked like poison ivy because of the big toothed leaves and the other leaflets did not start growing in until recently. Ill probably have to wait until it matures a bit more before I can ID which type of ash it is. Probably a green ash. Kind of a strange spot for it to grow in since there aren't any ash trees that I can see nearby except two trees that I though were ash but are probably pagoda trees. Also surprising how fast it has grown. It's nearly twice the size it was just one month ago. Thanks
