Staking help

sos23

Hello,

I recently had this small red oak delivered to me (it was through an urban forest city wide program) and it seems to have to have a bend of 15-20 degrees about one third up the trunk. There's a temporary stake for now but although the bottom third is straight, the top two-thirds seem to bow over quite a bit. How should I go about staking this tree properly? (And for how long?)

Thanks!!
