HELP! Sweet Tea Olive dropping leaves

My sweet tea olives were planted 2 years ago and have been doing fantastic, until this past week. One of them is dropping all of it's leaves! We have had plenty of rain and they seem to have proper drainage. Only one of them is shedding the leaves. I've uploaded a picture that shows spots on the leaves that have fallen off. I just sprayed them with a fungicide. Will this solve the problem? How often should I spray the bush/tree? I'm just heartbroken over this! Please help.
