| Japanese Pagoda Tree just stared to loosing leaves. Tree is about 10 years old and was growing nicely. Watering schedule did not change and no Gopher problem. Any clue to this problem?

| Proably doesn't apply but we can't grow Pagoda tree because it will canker every time. Grows well for perhaps 10 years, develops canker and thats it, gone. Looses leaves and dries up. Zones widely separated so may not be cause. |
