Found it. I think it's a china berry tree. Melia azedarach.
Ah, and it's on the Texas invasives list. The flowers in your picture look georgeous though. Almost makes me sad.

Reminds me of Seven sons flower, but I am likely misstaken

The flowers are gorgeous in full bloom; from a distance the flowers look like a light blue haze. I've seen some of these trees kept in yards and even some businesses; I had no idea it was an invasive species. Thank you!
