I did some googling and it looks pretty close to the Japanese Snowbell tree as well.

Look for seedlings at it's base. I'm near Seattle and I have seedlings coming up all over.

I also have the form called Styrax obassia. It's blooming now.

Last looks like it has more of the S. hemsleyanus leaf shape to me. S. obassia tends to have big, dominating round leaves, I call it S. obesia because of this. As I remember it they have both near one another in the vicinity of Arboretum Drive at UWBG, if you take a notion to drive up and compare yours. If you don't find either to be quite the same and you sniff around the same part of the collection a bit you may find a third species that is. If it turns out to not be S. obassia then you will have discovered that you have something that is much rarer.
