Weeping willow

Anyone know anything about a corkscrew weeping willow ? I have one that is losing its end of its branchs as fast as it grows. There is dead stuff falling off all the time.Its about 20 foot tall and @ 10 years old. I think it may be getting to much water. Is this possible ?? It is growing next to a creek. Thanks in advance

willow ALWAYS sheds branches ...

but beyond saying that.. we cant get very far.. w/o a picture ...
